Ballymaloe House was opened as a restaurant by Myrtle Allen in 1964. Yasmin Hyde, daughter of Myrtle now produces some of the favourite recipes of the house with her family. This delicious Ballymaloe Pasta Sauce is a much loved family recipe using simple quality ingredients carefully cooked.
