What is Kefir?
Kefir has been around for centuries. It is fermented yoghurt with 14 strains of live cultures. Our Kefir is a source of protein, 0% fat and is the perfect gut friendly daily dose of goodness. Made on our farm in Drimoleague, West Cork, this Kefir is made with a few simple ingredients. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
