Our salt hails from the O'Neill family on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way, our vinegar from Llewellyn's lush orchards in North Co. Dublin and our cheese from the renowned Carbery cheesemakers in West Cork. Together with our suppliers, we create amazing flavours that capture the unique taste of Ireland.
