Single Grain Irish Whiskey
Sprung from the minds of masters and apprentices, Method and Madness is whiskey that pays heed to tradition, while searching for unordinary. This release asked the question: How will virgin Spanish oak affect a light single grain whiskey? Without giving too much away, the two made very good partners, offering a perfect mix of wood spice playing off the natural sweetness of the grain.

Taste: Warm toasted oak, fresh peeled grapefruit and zesty wood spices
Finish: Sweet cereal, clove spiciness and fresh mint
Matured in bourbon barrels
Finished in virgin Spanish oak casks
